Purpose of this Blog

How to post your resume to this Blog: Send your "Open Resume" to us. Click on the dots after "full" to see the email id.
full...@gmail.comWe will post it for you with almost no modifications.

Job Search has become very complicated. Companies are looking for the right candidates and with their HR not being able to do much on getting to the right persons with in the allocated time, they are depending on Job Consultants to do the same. Job Consultants subscribe to job portals at a huge cost to fulfill their obligations. And Job portals take your resumes, put them behind "secure" access controls, so that only "authorized" people access your resume and you are not bothered by Spam.

Does that solve your purpose? Your email program is already designed to fight spam. Your anti-virus program on your computer provides another layer of protection. So do need another layer to protect you? With all the privacy provided by a job portal, is your resume visible enough to search engines?

As for Privacy, with all your information available on Linkedin, Facebook and so on, your personal life is open to all. But not your resume. And what you need for having a recruiter reach out to you is an open resume. So why not put your "open" resume on this blog and / or your own blog and allow companies to "Google" it rather than have them pay hefty amounts to job portals just to have access to your "email id and phone number".

So what can you Do? Put your resume on this site. Create your own blog and put your resume there too. Keep as much information as you want on your "Open Resume". Save money for your prospective organizations too.

What can I put on my open resume? Any thing you want to share. Suggested: Your Name, Your email id, your experience, your academic qualifications and any other baggage that you carry. You can put links to your own sites. Preferably NO postal address or any contact information which you might want to keep confidential. And once you got your dream job, just delete your resume.

And what can companies looking for employees do? They could "Google" stuff and save on recruitment costs. Or they could request for their jobs to be posted on FullyOpenJobs.blogspot.com

What facilities are available on this site? None. Just the default search provided by Google. No privacy, No fees. However, you could use Google reCaptcha to generate their own captcha to hide their emails.
